At PALM + PINE, we are yoga enthusiasts! Why yoga? Because yoga is AMAZING! It’s a holistic practice that explores all aspects of who you are and therefore can positively impact all aspects of your life. In short, yoga accelerates your growth!
Our aim is to create experiences that strengthen your connection to yourself and the world around you, movement that emphasizes how good your body was designed to feel, invitations for personal inquiry and encouragement to awaken your best self!
Why PALM + PINE? We focus on creating an inclusive environment of discovery that emphasizes quality; in the small(ish) size of our classes (more personable learning), in the intentional variety we offer (each teacher and class has a unique flavor), in how we teach (options for every body so you can practice for a lifetime vs. a season) and in the trainings and experiences we offer that explore how to deepen your yoga practice, on and off the mat.
We will continue to evolve and grow as we get to better understand what people need. We promise to be transparent and invite you to take part in this journey! So please email us or tag us on social media with what you want to see!
With love and gratitude,
PALM + PINE Team

Bryan first found yoga and meditation through his martial arts practice (Shito Ryu Karate, Choy li Fut Kung Fu, MMA, Kick Boxing and BJJ) over a decade ago. Pushing his body to the limits through his training was taking its toll physically so on a friend’s recommendation, Bryan found himself in a yoga class. That first class had such a profound effect on him that it drove him to continue exploring the depths of his physical, mental and spiritual practice for over a decade now. His journey has led him to practice and explore many different styles of yoga across five different continents. Having a passion for acquiring knowledge and studying the ancient yogic scriptures, Bryan loves to integrate these teachings into his asana classes and expose students to this wisdom passed down through the ages. Bryan is a dedicated practitioner of Raja and Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Zen mediation, Qi Gong and the Wim Hof Method and brings a unique flavor of all the practices he embodies to the classes he teaches. He is also rumored to have fought a grizzly bear but we have yet to confirm this….

Lindsay is a wife and mama to 3 kiddos, a yellow lab, an adopted farm cat, 8 chickens and 3 guinea fowl. She loves sports, the Packers, being outside (especially in the sun on a beach if at all possible), art, and of course, yoga! Lindsay is a busy yogi who learned through her yoga practice and teacher training that self care is a critical element to a healthy life and complete yoga practice. She started doing yoga over 15 years ago simply because it was so intriguing to her. As she evolved into an elementary teacher, wife, and mom, her practice evolved as well. She finally deepened her yoga roots last year by signing up for yoga teacher training. Although it resembled something of a juggling act at times, doing her training was just another example of the incredible things that can transpire when one makes self care a priority and follows a great passion.
