Being outdoors can improve your health and well being by reducing stress and lowering blood pressure.
Draw in inspiration from the life around you into your practice: the strength of the trees as they sway in the wind, the whimsy of the clouds, the humility of the landscape, the playfulness of little critters.
Strengthen your mind-body connection by noticing the sounds of birds, the smell of fresh air, the feel of the breeze on your skin.
Enhance your connection to the natural world through your exchange of breath.
Literally greet the sun in your sun salutation!
