You own the intensity dial. In any class you can create more challenge by taking advanced versions of the poses or take more breaks if you’re newer or are simply need a slower rhythm. Discover joy for the process. Listen to your body and do what you can in any given class knowing that each time you return, you’ll cultivate more strength, balance, flexibility, knowledge and peace. In the true spirit of yoga, there is zero competition or comparison. Yoga and meditation are intensely personal. Meet your body and mind exactly where it’s at and build from there. - Vinyasa 1: A structured full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. This class is set to inspiring tunes and is a foundation-building practice that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, intuitive pace. Vinyasa 1 provides a consistent sequence that leads to greater flexibility, strength and balance.

- Vinyasa 2: This dynamic mind and body practice empowers you to go further. Explore core stability, inversions and progressive posture variations to the sound of your breath mixed with energizing music. Vinyasa 2 is ideal for those seeking variety in their practice as this class is different each time that leads to feelings of an elevated mindset and unlimited potential.

- Alignment Flow: This practice offers a combination of accessible postures, fluid movement and breath. The slower pace of this class is perfect for new or experienced students,who want to settle into poses to obtain optimal benefits, focus on alignment and relax with the breath. This class will increase your physical and mental flexibility to help you flow through your day with ease.

- Mindfulness Meditation: Mindfulness is paying attention on purpose to the unfolding of experience moment to moment without judgement. Meditation is a journey inwards to explore mental, emotional patterns and learn how to consciously re-wire your brain for greater health, joy and resilience. This practice includes a brief check-in or discussion and a guided meditation. Benefits include stress reduction, emotional regulation, increased focus, chronic pain reduction and more.
