While classes will differ in duration (45, 60, and 75 minutes), energy and pace, every class is open-level and you have agency to make choices that are right for you - free of judgement or pressure.
Our warm environment allows you to receive the benefits of heat such as: increased circulation, flexibility, focus, and better sleep. While also mitigating the potential risks that can be involved with traditional hot yoga (95 - 105 degrees). Some classes are heated a little extra at 85 - 90 degrees and will say in the description. For these classes radiant heat panels in the ceiling are turned on.
WEEKLY CLASSES
YOGA STRENGTH (Heated) This fun, high-energy, challenging practice combines yoga, strength training, and functional fitness. Room heated 85 - 90 degrees with radiant heat panels.
CLASSIC FLOW (Heated) This is our signature practice! Move your spine in all 6 directions, gain strength, balance and flexibility. Class flow breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. While the sequence remains consistent, each experience is unique based on the instructor and people in the class. Room heated 85 - 90 degrees with radiant heat panels.
POWER FLOW (Heated) This dynamic practice builds off our Classic Flow emphasizing strength, endurance, and play. You’ll be invited to challenge your edge and tap into new possibilities by exploring arm balances or inversions. Room heated 85 - 90 degrees with radiant heat panels.
FLOW + MEDITATION This class blends the dynamic movement of Power Flow with the grounding stillness of meditation. Steady your mind and strengthen your body in this balanced practice.
SLOW FLOW This practice moves at a gentle pace with opportunities for longer holds. Focus on flexibility, steadiness, and cultivating a state of ease.
REST + RENEW This deeply nourishing class is medicine for busy, overstimulated modern lives. Welcome the practice of receiving more through doing less. Release tension with restful postures held for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to unwind and reset.
FAMILY YOGA All ages and abilities are welcome to explore yoga in a playful and supportive environment! Through 45-minutes of music, movement, breathing, relaxation, and interactive activities, participants can bond, learn, and experience the many benefits of yoga. Offered twice a month on the 2nd Monday and the 4th Saturday, both from 10:30 - 11:15 a.m. Sign-up includes up to 3 family members.
