While classes will differ in energy and pace, every class is open-level and adaptable so you can make choices that are right for you - free of judgement or pressure. 

Gently heated for improved circulation, mobility, focus, and sleep. Our warm environment allows you to receive the maximum benefits of heat while also mitigating the risks of a space that is too cold or too hot. For our more heated classes, the room is 80 - 90 degrees with the use of radiant heat panels that mimic the sun.

WEEKLY CLASSES

YOGA STRENGTH (Heated) This fun, high-energy, challenging practice combines yoga, strength training, and functional fitness. Room heated 80 - 90 degrees with radiant heat panels.

CLASSIC FLOW (Heated) This is our signature practice! Move your spine in all 6 directions, gain strength, balance and flexibility. Class flow breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. While the sequence remains consistent, each experience is unique based on the instructor and people in the class. Room heated 80 - 90 degrees with radiant heat panels.

POWER FLOW (Heated) This dynamic practice builds off our Classic Flow emphasizing strength, endurance, and play. You’ll be invited to challenge your edge and tap into new possibilities. Room heated 80 - 90 degrees with radiant heat panels.

FLOW + MEDITATION Cultivate stability + mobility in body and flexibility + clarity in mind with this balanced practice. We start with a dynamic vinyasa flow to get into our bodies, then return to stillness for a guided meditation.

SLOW FLOW This gentle + grounding practice moves at a slower pace with opportunities for longer holds. Focus on mobility, steadiness, and cultivating a state of ease.

REST + RENEW This deeply nourishing class is medicine for busy, overstimulated modern lives. Welcome the practice of receiving more through doing less. Release tension with restful postures held for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to unwind and reset.

FAMILY YOGA Offered monthly, all ages and abilities are welcome to explore yoga in a playful and supportive environment! Through 45-minutes of music, movement, breathing, relaxation, and interactive activities, participants can bond, learn, and experience the many benefits of yoga.
