We offer a variety of accessible yoga classes that work individually and collectively to keep you feeling inspired, empowered, and cared for. While classes will differ in energy and pace, every class is open-level and our teaching culture is invitational, meaning you always have agency to make choices that are right for you.
What about heat? Some classes are heated 80 - 90 degrees and will say in the description. The warm environment allows us to receive the benefits of heat (increased circulation, muscle flexibility, sustained attention) while mitigating some of the risks that can come from hot yoga (95 - 105 degrees). For these classes, at both studios, we turn on infrared radiant heat panels. All other classes rooms are gently warmed to 75 degrees (+ or - a few degrees depending on the season).
WEEKLY CLASSES
Classic Flow (HEATED)
This is our signature practice! You will move your spine in all 6 directions, gain strength, balance and flexibility. Class moves breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. While the sequence remains consistent, each experience is unique based on the instructor and people in the class. Room heated between 80 - 90 degrees.
POWER FLOW (HEATED)
This dynamic practice builds off our Classic Flow emphasizing strength, stamina, and play. You will move your spine in all 6 directions and be invited to challenge yourself. Class moves breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. Room heated between 80 - 90 degrees.
Yoga strength (HEATED w/weights)
This fun, high-energy, challenging practice combines yoga, strength training, and functional fitness. Room heated between 80 - 90 degrees.
SLOW Flow
This gentle practice offers a combination of accessible postures and fluid movement at a slower pace with opportunities for longer holds. You will move your spine in all 6 directions and be invited to welcome ease in body + mind.
REST + RENEw
This gentle practice briefly explores the 6 movements of the spine followed by longer restorative poses using the support of props to allow you to experience deep rest. This class can include pranayama and guided meditation.

A dynamic power flow practice to open and awaken the body followed by a practice of moving into stillness and concentration.
MONTHLY CLASSES
YOGA NIDRA
The practice of “yogic sleep,” where students are guided through progressive relaxation techniques as a meditation to experience deep healing in body and mind. Offered once per month on Sundays at the Holmen studio + livestream.
YIN YOGA
This practice focuses on flexibility and relaxation. Experience longer holds in asanas, or poses, that target deep connective tissue. Offered once per month on Thursday evening at the Holmen studio + livestream.
Mini + Me Yoga
Bond, play, and practice yoga with your littles! This class will support their development through song, dance, and learning about yoga in a fun, interactive way. Ideal for six weeks - 5 years of age and caregivers. All needs and abilities welcome. Offered the 2nd Friday of each month at the Holmen studio. Sign-up includes up to 3 family members. FAMILY Yoga
All ages and abilities are welcome to explore yoga in a playful and supportive environment! Through music, movement, breathing, relaxation, and interactive activities, participants can bond, learn, and experience the many benefits of yoga. Offered the first Saturday of each month at Holmen and the fourth Sunday at La Crosse. Sign-up includes up to 3 family members.
