While classes will differ in energy and pace, every class is open-level and our teaching is invitational, meaning you have agency to make choices that are right for you - free of judgement or pressure.
Our warm environment allows you to receive the benefits of heat, such as: increased circulation, muscle flexibility, sustained attention, better sleep. While also mitigating the risks of injury & physical depletion that can be involved with the more extreme temps of hot yoga (95 - 105 degrees). Some classes are heated 80 - 90 degrees and will say in the description. For these classes, we turn on infrared radiant heat panels. All other classes, the room is gently warmed to 75 degrees.
WEEKLY CLASSES
Classic Flow (HEATED)
This is our signature practice! Move your spine in all 6 directions, gain strength, balance and flexibility. Class flow breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. While the sequence remains consistent, each experience is unique based on the instructor and people in the class. Room heated between 80 - 90 degrees.
POWER FLOW (HEATED)
This dynamic practice builds off our Classic Flow emphasizing strength, endurance, and play. You will move your spine in all 6 directions and be invited to challenge yourself. Class moves breath to movement with opportunities for longer holds. Room heated between 80 - 90 degrees.
Yoga strength (HEATED with weights)
This fun, high-energy, challenging practice combines yoga, strength training, and functional fitness. Room heated between 80 - 90 degrees.
flow + meditation
A balanced practice of dynamic movement to open and awaken the body followed by moving into meditation.
SLOW Flow
This gentle practice offers accessible postures at a slower pace with fluid movement and opportunities for longer holds. You will build spinal health, stability, balance, and flexibility in both body + mind.
REST + RENEw
Feel renewed with this restorative practice. You will have time to settle into postures with the support of props allowing your body to rest and your nervous system to reset.
MONTHLY CLASSES
YOGA NIDRA
The practice of “yogic sleep,” where students are guided through progressive relaxation techniques as a meditation to experience deep healing in body and mind. Offered once per month on Sundays at Holmen + livestream.
YIN YOGA
This practice focuses on flexibility and relaxation. Experience longer holds in asanas, or poses, that target deep connective tissue. Offered once per month on Thursday evening at Holmen + livestream.
FAMILY Yoga
All ages and abilities are welcome to explore yoga in a playful and supportive environment! Through music, movement, breathing, relaxation, and interactive activities, participants can bond, learn, and experience the many benefits of yoga. Offered at Holmen the 1st Saturday & 2nd Monday of each month. Offered the 4th Sunday at La Crosse. Sign-up includes up to 3 family members.
