Because the modern world we live in continues to speed up and demand more of us, the need to rest + RESET is even more essential. October is the most magical time of year in the driftless region. Our Fall Retreat at Red Clover Ranch, from Thursday p.m. on 10/3 to Sunday a.m. on 10/6, will be a magical weekend of rest, nourishing food, yoga, nature, connection, sauna, learning and implementing somatic parts work with a qualified experienced therapist - and more or less. You have the freedom to make it your own adventure!
Your retreat hosts, Kat & Tracey, two long-time friends, bring a wealth of personal and professional insights to this restorative and empowering journey. This retreat is perfect for both newcomers and those already familiar with yoga and IFS practices, providing a nurturing space to unwind and grow. What is IFS? It's an evidence-based model that fosters healing and self-development by recognizing and addressing the diverse parts within a person's mental system.
The landscape of the Ranch features ridges, valleys, streams and orchards, while the built space includes a gathering barn with screened porch, a communal bathhouse, a sauna and outdoor shower, and a full farm-to-table kitchen. It's a place where community, creativity, and nature weave together to form lasting connections and collective transformation.
